I've been dying to scrapbook but because I'm a teacher August means back to school. This weekend I finally found a few moments to sit down, relax and pull out my stash! I'm so grateful to be a follower of so many awesome blogs where I get to see so much creativity every day. So, here's my take on a few of the challenges this month!
Lately, my scrapbooking seems to be about mountains (probably because we are surrounded by them here in Eastern Tennessee). I love how many of my pictures revolve around their beauty.
I used Grand Diva's Sketch Challenge as my basic inspiration and then included metal (the staples that are tough to see in this picture), 4+ patterned paper and the quote ("on a journey" sticker) to complete the Tic Tac Toe challenge. The ScrapMuch challenge color this month was gold and although its tough to see there is gold spray behind the orange sun/oval. The word "selfie" totally worked out with August Word challenge from Creating With Paper and More. And finally for the Scrap Our Stash challenge: (P) Pink heart, (A) Arrow/Alphas, (P) Pink star, (E) Edging (the ink around the paper) (R) Red textured paper. Yay!
Lastly, I just wanted to thank all the people from ScrapMuch for choosing my layout last month! I love following your blog and can't wait for those amazing page kits to get here! Thanks again!
